Here at SAFE LET, we have over 40 years of experience in construction, mechanical services, estate management and compliance. That experience has been gained across a wide range of environments including private property, public sector estates, Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contracts, healthcare facilities, educational buildings and commercial property portfolios.

Because of this background, we understand buildings from a practical perspective. We are not just ticking compliance boxes, we are looking at the overall condition of a property, identifying potential issues early and helping owners plan ahead.

Founder’s Background

SAFE LET was set up by professionals with long experience working in building maintenance, estates management and compliance. Much of that work involved managing complex property environments where safety checks, inspections and maintenance planning had to be carefully organised and documented.

Through that experience it became clear that many landlords do not have access to the same level of structured oversight that exists in larger estates and commercial property portfolios. SAFE LET was created to bring a more practical and organised approach to residential property compliance, helping landlords understand what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, and how to stay on top of it.
